Christchurch Earthquake

Welcome to our blog site where students at the Royal Children's Hospital can follow our project. Our aim is to gain an understanding of the Christchurch earthquake and how it has affected the young people of Christchurch. Our hope is to fundraise money through our projects that will benefit those affected.

Weekly round up

The letters arrived from Christchurch this week. Pls post your comments under the thanks room 7 Post.

3 east kids are making a logo for screen printing on bags. The logo looks great and will be used as our project logo. Students are also gaining quotes for chocolates that we will sell on the wards.

Wristbands will be orded by the end of the week and as soon as the logo is ready we will order some pins and pens for the adults.

The quiz will be held off for a couple of weeks until the chocolates and wristbands are up and running.

Jobs for this week are.

* Boxes for selling products to be designed and completed/ promotion flyer (why? Cost)
* permission to sell products from the ward NUMS
* 3 east to order chocolates
* auxiliaries to be contacted re calico bags
* logo to be complete
* we will need to talk to skates from macadamia re the live quiz

Bye For now and thanks to all
